Cozy at Christmas Blog Tour

I’m so excited to be invited to join several other bloggers for the Cozy at Christmas Holiday Blog Tour.  After you’ve toured my home, be sure to check the list at the end of my post to continue the tour with the other amazing bloggers.  Then, continue the tour each day the rest of the week.

Welcome back to my home for Christmas!

I’ve tried to incorporate a vintage feel to my holiday decor this year.  Most of my decor tends to either be vintage, or have a vintage look.  I completely change my decor during the holidays.  In fact, I put away a lot of my regular decor during the holidays.  The items I kept out with the Christmas decor were to help achieve the vintage feel.

In our guest bedroom, I kept things pretty simple with just a few touches of Christmas.

I also added several unique pieces to this corner in my dining room.
The silver trays, antique scale and spindles all give this Christmas vignette the vintage look I was trying to achieve.
I kept everything here simple and white.  I placed the nativity on the pedestal, and added the book page trees that I made years ago.  I love how they have yellowed and aged over time.
I have this vignette sitting on an antique table that belonged to my husband’s Grandmother.

Our coffee bar gets used so much this time of year.  So, it had to have some holiday cheer.  It already looks vintage, so I just added some lights and greenery.  I also added this cute laundry cart and little Christmas tree for some holiday cheer.
This is another corner of my dining room.  The tree is from Wal-Mart and I added it to the chippy plant stand.  It needed a skirt to cover the base of the tree, so I improvised by adding a linen pillow cover.
I wanted to share my living room tree again, because I’ve already made a change to it.  I added some new Merry Christmas ribbon that I found at Homegoods.  I also added the old porch column to fill in the space beside the tree.
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing more of my home for Christmas.  I always appreciate you stopping by! Please visit the other talented bloggers in the tour by clicking the link to their blog below. Check back the rest of the week to see the new tours each day.  They all have homes filled with beautiful inspiration!  Thank you to Katie at Let’s Add Sprinkles for organizing the tour.  You can visit her blog each day for the new tours, or just return to the links below.
